Hi! My name is Kate and I'm so glad you're here.

 

I'm Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a mom of two. I'm Perinatal Mental Health-Certified, specializing in therapy for prenatal and postpartum support, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, PMADs (Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders), and complex childhood trauma resurfacing in new motherhood.

 

I also manage @The.Mom.Therapist on Instagram, where I share content related to perinatal mental health and supportive mom humor.

I work to support the mother during every experience – pregnancy, loss, labor and delivery, the postpartum period, and beyond. Whatever motherhood phase you're in, I'm here for you.

I am committed to helping you navigate life in the throes of motherhood by providing compassionate and effective care rooted in evidenced-based practices such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Improve emotional awareness and mood regulation

Create healthier behaviors and responses

Learn healthy and effective coping skills
