Sessions involve counseling combined with a trauma-informed, therapeutic yoga practice. Clients can expect to spend the first and second session engaging in regular counseling sessions (without yoga) to complete intake paperwork, identify treatment goals, and build rapport to begin the therapeutic relationship. After the second session, the yoga practice will be implemented into the counseling sessions. This service is accessible to all, and previous experience with yoga is not necessary or expected.
